UNSETTLING QUEENSTOWN
Creative director team
Sarah Rhodes joined Ali Gumilya Baker, Anthony Coupe, Emily Paech and Julian Worrall as the creative director team to respond to the Venice Architecture Biennale 2023 thematic of decolonisation and decarbonisation. The team prepared an exhibition addressing issues surrounding resource extraction in Queenstown(s), in both Lutruwita | Tasmania and Port Adelaide, South Australia. The focus was on how architectural tactics can support a recovering Country.
